Brad has come to the crossroads in his life. He's 30 years old, live with his parents and has a dead end job as a pizza delivery driver. He is disrespected by his parents, his boss, his customers, a hooker and even his best friend. Throughout the movie Brad undergoes a building psychosis. He feels pathetic, like a disappointment and a complete failure. Brad becomes angry at the world for the hand he has been dealt. He suffers from multiple mental disorders, which progressively worsen as he falls further into insanity. The film climaxes when Brad finally snaps.
